This year we’ve got some things familiar and we’ve added some things new just to shake things up and keep things fresh. This year (our sixth BTW) Jammin’ on the James is proud to present: Naomi Uyama & Peter Strom and Nina Gilkenson & Mike Faltesek

These folks are unequivocally among the best Lindy Hoppers in the world today and are critically-acclaimed for their innovative styles on the dance floor and in the classroom. We are proud and honored that they have agreed to come and share a bit of their dance knowledge and to help us all become better dancers. If you’ve seen these folks dance you can’t help but be inspired to reach the next level. Search for them on You Tube (isn’t the Internet wonderful!) and see for yourself.
Once again along with our INTERMEDIATE TRACK we’ll be offering a BEGINNER TRACK this year. Folks new to swing dancing may not be familiar with our instructors by name but who better to learn the basics from than some of the best dancers on the planet? In order to provide an optimal experience for the beginner Lindy Hopper, the beginner class size will be limited to 20, making them like group privates. Plus we'll keep it to 4 workshops (two each day) in order to minimize brain frying and head explosions.
